No matter the topic, I find a way to make it matter — and make it stick.
I'm a content strategist and instructional designer who believes the biggest myth in learning is that boring is inevitable. It isn't. With the right combination of empathy, plain language, and smart design, any subject can become an engaging and memorable experience.
My approach is people-centered. I start with the learner in the chair, not the content on the screen. I find out what matters most, then use my skills to translate complex information into experiences that leave the learner feeling informed, capable, and empowered to put their newfound knowledge to use.

My Origin Story
My career began in state government, where I wrote and delivered training for engineers and transportation workers. A few years later, I moved into full-time writing at a greeting card company, where I learned to say a lot with very few words. Eventually I brought those skills together in the classroom — becoming an English teacher while pursuing my third passion: technology.
After earning my master's degree in instructional technology, I transitioned into adult-centered education, where I've spent the last six years in SaaS environments, designing learning experiences at scale — from corporate training used by 133 million learners worldwide, to patient education reaching more than half the U.S. fertility patient population.
An early AI adopter, I pioneered a "wireframe for words" content system for patient education that rapidly accelerated my team's production without compromising on quality.
I'm laser-focused on every stage of the project life cycle — from concept and strategy to finding exactly the right words, visuals, and design elements — ensuring every learning experience is accessible, compassionate, and deeply relevant to the learner.
